What does I Explore do?
I Explore is the evolution of leisure investment meets holiday experience. I Explore gives new investors an opportunity to start their investment journey in the Hospitality space, whilst giving them an opportunity to experience holiday destinations like never before. The investors investment is safe as it is invested in bricks and mortar buildings within a leisure resort. There are no levies and you can invest from as little as R 35 000.
How does I Explore work?
By investing with I Explore you are able to use your investment returns on holidays within our group. I Explore invests your money into luxury lodges built in an already developed resort, these lodges are then used in the traditional hospitality method which gives I Explore the ability to pay returns of up to 10% of your investment back annually.
